TASK BREAKDOWN MINIMUM STANDARDS TRAINER'S NOTE
  1.Acknowledge the guest that he / she will transfer the left over food to a small plate in order to make room to put extra dish on the table
2.Take the plate (which is the left over food to be transferred) to one side, transfer the food to a small plate and organize it nicely and put back to the guest table
