SUBJECT: TROLLEY / TRAY SET UP 

Room Service Trolley Set Up
 
All room service orders should be served on a trolley with the exception of single food and beverage only order.
Whenever trays are used, they must be covered by table linen precisely fitting the inside of the tray.
Trolley Set Up
Tablecloth with at least 20 cm overlap over the edge of the opened trolley.
Linen napkin in simple fold.
Cutlery according to order, must be placed neatly and straight.
Side plate with bread knife (except for single sandwiches order).
Glasses according to order. 
Glasses of complimentary plain water, if no bottled water has been ordered.
Salt and pepper cruets.
A fresh flower to be placed on each trolley.
Linen must be clean, pressed with now stains, holes, dust, folds or shadows.
Chinaware must be clean, polished, now stains, cracks, chips or waterspots.
All silverware used must be perfectly clean and polished with no smears before use.
