TASK BREAKDOWN MINIMUM STANDARDS TRAINER'S NOTE
 

Standard Bar Set Up Pouring brands / particular / premier brands to  be determined by individual property:

  • Brandy (full bot)
  • Whisky (full bot)
  • Gin (full bot)
  • Coke
  • Diet coke
  • Sprite
  • Juices - freshly squeezed and/or canned fruit juices
  • Soda water
  • Tonic water
  • Ginger ale
  • Mineral water with gas and without gas - local and imported
  • Beers - local and imported
  • House wine - red and white


1.  Pre set the bar according to the standard set up with a detail opening stock

2.  Serve drinks directly to the guests of this party from this bar - no individual captain's order is needed for getting the drinks

3.  For those special items which are not included, should check with the host or the organizer for approval before adding on the master list of the opening and closing par

4.  When the party is about to finish, the service associate should close the account and put the order to the master bill, any additional drinks after closing should be charged accordingly through normal procedure
